a)linear sealing

A linear contact zone formed between the seal's rubber lip and rotation axis, and it forms a homogeneous coatings between the rubber and the axle next to the contact zone, its thickness is about 2.5μm. The coating can lift the friction heat away which caused by the resistance to motion between the rubber lips and the axle, making it lubricated. It can also produce a surface tension so prevent the leaking of lubricating oil, to achieve an effective sealing.
