Accord with the EU food contact certificate subject to directive AP(89)The color masterbatches for food packaging mainly include PE/PA6 masterbatch for drink bottle and food film packaging. As the food masterbatche have special environmental requirements, during the production they all adopt isolated space, exclusive machine and packaging tools from the material mixing, manufacturing and packaging, so as to prevent outside pollution. Food film packaging color masterbatch is mainly used for the coloration of the medium layer or outer layer of casing, and its use has greatly reduced the dye costs of casing film. Drink bottle masterbatche feature excellent dispersion and even color, and is widely used in the drink bottle industries. Product series: 1) TB series: applicable to drink bottle process 2) NB series: applicable to polyamide casing film 3) EB series: applicable to polythene casing film Packing and storage: The product is packaged with two layers, preventing from water and moisture. The standard package is 25kg/bag. Please stored in a dry place with good ventilation and padded to prevent weather damage. The color of the masterbatch can be preserved for up to five years. When it is opened for use, the remaining parts must be repacked, to avoid duct pollution and moisture absorption.
