Inside Structure: Inside solid wooden frame + Heavy-duty suport
Our sofas are all with inside solid wooden frame + heavy-duty suport.
Load-bearing structures in solid firwood and fixtures in plywood.
Sofas Covering are made with panels of wood fibre.
The moulded inserts are made of polyurethane foam of different densities in order to shape the sofa into the desired foam.
The structure is covered with a pre-cloth made of polyester fibre/resin of different thicknesses and combined with wadding to give a better look to the uncovered structure.
Sofas Features:
Heavy-duty suport;
All wood are dried enough and be strictly tested before using to avoid mould.
Anti-acaria treatment to keep healthy.
All important frame parts are with extra process to avoid damage, which shall be done personally by skillful technician.
The rubber belt crossed between the wood and foam. As a kind of prop which can
increase the permanence of resilience.
The seats structure: using the snake shape spring and rubber belts as the prop, together with the elastic pocket coils and the middle soft, strong resilience foam with a hight density.
Since each sofa set has its own construction, and the process is different, the material for using and installing will be various as well.
Our Sofas Seat cushions with elastic pocket coil and in polyurethane foam of different densities,higher density on the lower part and lower density on the upper side of the cushions.Cushions covered with polyester fibre of various thickness combined with wadding,which bring you a very comfortable feeling, but never Sag!
