We offer EIGHTEEN MONTHS guarantee for both of HID Xenon Lamps and Ballasts. Any defective products will be compensated free of charge.
To get the replacement, please just cut off the cables and take some pictures to send to us we will send you replacements together with your next order without any more charge. If the defective rate is more than 3% we will ask customers help us to return the cables that cut from the ballasts back, and we pay for the freight cost.
5) Freight ways and cost

6) Statement of Commodity:
We always declare it at about half of the virtual value of commodity to minimize custom tax at your. Any customers has a different idea please inform us when you make the payment
