High-speed Continuous Plating Line
1.Equipment File:
This production line is suitable for electroplating processing of electronic components which require
large quantity and high productivity,such as terminals,connectors,copper strip,copper wire,LED and
semiconductor etc.
The equipment is used in structure which is like the letter:Solution is pulled out from the mother tank
to the pilot tank by pump,and then you can electroplate and clean the parts in the pilot tank.After that,
solution flows back to the mother tank.Cycling like that all the way,it will ensure the plating process
continuous.
2.Characteristic:
Fast speed and high productivity and the speed of the plating line can be up to 7-8m/min,to some extend it can be up to 20m/min;
High-degree automation and stable quality of the products.This machine is controlled by the PLC computer
programming,and it also can control the data of the production line.It can manage and output the report
forms and it can alarm.Meanwhile,it can help inquire the historical data of alarming and production;
Meeting the requirements of environmental control,high-quality working environment and no phenomenon of flowing solution;Gas is handled out of the workshop;
Lower effluent;
Conductive structure in professional design,solving decrustation due to conductive adverse;
This line is equipped with the function of free-combination,and it can change the requirement of plating,such as configuration,tanks,point plating or brush
plating.Selective plating device,for example,spraying plating has high working accuracy.
Compact structure,small floor space,convenient operation,and it can be designed as one motor to one line,
or one motor to many lines.
This line can be divided into 2types:The continuous volume for full plating production line and the continuous
volume for selective plating production line.
3.Continuous Volume for Full Plating Production Line:This line is simplest and most fundamental,you only
needs to pull out solution from mother tank to pilot tank and then makes the parts soaked into the solution
in the pilot tank,and after the process in each pilot tank continuously,finally cleaning and drying,then you can
obtain the final goods.
4.The Continuous Volume for Selective Plating Production Line:Like the full plating line on working principle,
but conducting selective plating on some parts.
