Application: Common high speed steel saw blade is mainly used for steel, iron, copper, aluminum and other metal materials under hard narrow and deep channel processing or cut off.
Circular saws in high speed steel or in super high speed steel suitable for cutting off steels and alloys with hardness between 500N/mm2 and800N/mm2 .The saw blades are used on manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic sawing machines to cut tubes and pipes ,open sections and solid sections up to 200 mm.

1.Titanium Aluminium Nitride Coating-CrN
CrN is a specialized PVD coating that resists adhesive wear,corrosion and oxidation.
Strongly recommended for cutting copper and titanium.It has abtained achievements
in cutting off operations of brass,bronze and other light alioys.
2. Titanium Nitride coating-TIN
This is an excellent PVD coating for protecting saw blades form wear,which is a good choice for
iron based materials and cutting conditions requiring resistance to both abrasive and adhesive wear.
3. Special Oxidationg-VAPO
It produces a layer of iron oxide(F33O40) on the surface, which increases the wear-resisting and
increases the overall life. Suitable for general cutting work.
