How to order from us?
1. Please tell us what items ,such as Ceramic Finger ring, Ceramic ring, Ceramic bracelet, Ceramic necklace or what products do you want to OEM.
We can also customize orders or create your own product design if you offer us pictures and detail information requirement. After that, we will send a quotation for you reference.
2.Talking about the price and agree on price in email or online, then agree on the payment.
3. Please pay the deposit 30% (according to our demand) after you place an order with us.
4.Please Confirm the sample (for the OEM order)
5.Manufacture the order products according to client’s requirement.
6.Please pay the balance after we produce finish the order products for you, then we ship the order products and will offer you the Tracking number to follow up the shipping.
7.If you would like to order our stock products, please also kindly contact us and to tell us your requirements, we will have specialized person to help you get our products.
Payment Terms:
1).We accept bank transfer, Western Union, and PayPal are also available.
2).Generally, 30% deposit before mass production, balance before shipment.
Sample Cost:
1.If you need some samples, we can provide, but we will charge the relevant cost and this will be refund when you take order of bulk production.

A: All the jewelry is made of stainless steel or pure titanium, tungsten, ceramic or leather. Silver jewelry
2.Can the necklace be lengthened or shortened?
A: Generally, our jewelry was made according to international standard size but we can also make your desired sizes and the MOQ is 300pcs each style required.
3.How soon dose your company make the delivery after confirming the remit?

4.Are the pictures the same as your real jewelry?
A: All jewelry pictures are made under the natural light, and uploaded online without being PS. They are nearly the same as the real jewelry.
5.Can we engrave or laser my won LOGO on the goods?
A: Yes, you can. We are able to engraving and laser your logo on every item without additional costs however the MOQ is 500pcs required.
6.What is your plating?
A.We use vacuum plating. It is water-free and nickel-free. Good for the environment, and will not be allergic. Colors plated can last for 5 years, unfading. Many colors available, 24K gold, Rose gold ,silver, black, and etc.
