1. How can get the best suitable diamond tools?
Please offer more details about your request. 1) diamond tools for floor grinding, for floor coating removal, for floor polishing or any other applications. 2)concrete hardness, abrasiveness. 3)The brand of machine and Machine main motor, Weight and RPM.
2. What is the minimum quantity we should buy?
Any amount order is available for sample purpose. For regular order the weight should reach 45kgs (requested by airline company, otherwise the air freight below 45kgs is very high).
3. Do you offer free samples?
We don’t offer free samples, according to our year of experience we think when people get the samples by paying they will cherish what they get. Although the quantity of sample is small however its cost is higher than normal production.
4. If we make the payment, how long you will make the shipment?
It depends on the quantity of order, as usual we make the shipment within one week on receipt of paymen. For special order(Such as big order or not standard specification order) it may cost more days. We always let our customers know how many days(approximate) he should wait before or after he place an order.
5. What is the delivery way you send our goods?
We often make the shipment by express, by air or by sea. It depends on the quantity of your order. We will choose the best way for you to save money and save time.
