your company.
We have experienced designers and sewers who can make custom made bags too.
3. What's your loading port?
Our loading port is Xiamen port(Seaport & Airport).
4. What's your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ is 1000pcs as usual. For special situation,we could accept 500-1000pcs.
Pls contact our sales to get details for MOQ.
5. Delivery time?
It depends on the styles and quantity.Usually,the lead time is 35days-45days.
For small or urgent orders,we can arrange ur orders before other clients who had paid deposite.
6. What's your usual payment term?
30% deposite in advance,70% against the B/L copy
7. What is your sample policy?
You have to pay sample charge firstly.After receive ur TT copy,we will start to arrange samples. At the same time,pls tell us your company name,contact person,address,zip code,phone and any express company’s account(DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT).
All sample charge is refundable after ur order.After ur first order,all samples are free for u.
8. What kinds of logo u could make ?
We could make ur any logo(screen printing,heat transfer printing,offset printing,embroidery,rubber logo,metal plate logo,woven label,etc) on bags
Pls send your logo in AI or PDF format to us.Also tell us the pantone for different colors.
9. How can we know our order status?
Our quality control team will keep you updates with detail reports when the raw material arrives, It calls IMTC. We will send you DPI report during the products finished 20% . FIR report will be sent to you when the products finished 80%. We provide facts and reports what we see .So you can rest assured well.
11. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes,we can.
We can arrange transportation by sea or by air and offer you best shipping cost.
