5. What is your MOQ ?
---- Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
6. Do you accept custom logo printing?
---- Sure. You can have your own unique logo.
7. Can I get sample ?
---- Sure. We can provide you a free sample, but you need to pay the shipping cost.
8. How long is the sample lead time?
---- For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it will take 3-5 days.
9. How long is the production lead time?
---- It's based on your order quantity and season. Normally we need 5~7 days for the quantity of MOQ.
10. What's the payment way?
---- 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping. You can choose T/T, Moneygram, Western Union or Paypal.You can also choose to pay by Trade Assurance because it can keep your money safe.
11. Do you have experience to ship products to Amazon?
---- We are familiar to ship different products directly to FBA Fulfillment Amazon. Can print amazon shipping labels then stick on each carton.
12. What is your terms of delivery?
----We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
13.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
----you can provide JPG, AI or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
14.How many colors are available?
----You can have any Pantone color. So you can just tell us the pantone number you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
15.Which kinds of certificate do you have?
