The IDEA-UTXX is one full-digital intelligent multi-channel ultrasonic testing instrument. This type of flaw detector is featured with practical function, high-performance and easy operation, etc. products applicable to the testing of various tubes( seamless tubes, weld tubes), bars, wires, plates of metal or non-metallic material.

Technical Parameters:
- Channels: 1,2,4 ,8,16,32 . Independent transmitting channel and switched receiving channel, with casual combination available.
- Scan modes: A,B,C
- Simple configuration, and flexible connection towards the hardware, and 128 channels testing available via various Communicating junction modes.
- Motor control and other I/O ports reservation is available on the condition that the testing projects needs is satisfied.
- Three gate for each channel. Separately they are alarm gate, chasing gate, and self-locking gate. It can meet the various testing requirements with all alarm function available.
- Adopting the advanced alarm circuit technology, it can effectively restrain various jamming signals while testing for more accurate testing data.
- Files processing function: testing condition and flaw wave savage, application, playback and printing and the testing diagram generating functions all available.
- Communication function: via TCP/IP protocol to realize the communication of lower computer and the upper computer. In this case, we are capable to realize the control via this detector or the upper computer through the cable network or wireless network.
- Software: continuously upgraded. The OEM testing software is available to meet different testing requirements
