1. Can I get a sample ?
---- Sure. We can provide existing sample for free. But a little sample fee for custom designs. Sample charge can be refund when order is up to certain quantity.
2. How long is the sample lead time?
---- For existing samples, it takes 2 ~ 3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 3 ~ 7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new color, printing screen, etc.
3. What is your MOQ ?
---- Usually our MOQ is 1000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
4. How long is the production lead time?
---- Usually it takes 8 ~ 15 days for MOQ.
5. Can you provide private label and customized package?
---- Yes, we can provide private label service. And we can make customized package as your requirement.
6. What's the common packaging options?
---- We can provide opp bag, polybag, card sleeve, sticker, color box, blister card, pvc box, or as your requirement.
7.What format file do you need if I want my own design?
---- Pls send me your design in “AI” or “PDF” format, we can make design drawing for you.
8. What's the payment terms?
