FRP grating:
FRP grating is one kind of new composite material, made of different resins reinforced with fiberglass, by molded technology.It is widely used in operation platform, checking and repairing walkway, drilling platform, terrace, stair step, equipment walkway, trench cover, pedestrian overpass, filler support, deck of ship,falsework, ventilation fence, rail, corrosion resistance shelf,etc.
It has excellent properties as follows:
(1)Light weight and high strength: The density is about 1.8, a quarter of steel ,two-thirds of aluminum. Specific strength is superior to ordinary carbon steel . Anti-creeping. Impact endurance
(2)Corrosion Resistance:No rust,Resistance to acid, alkali, organic dissolvent and other gas and liquid mixture.It has predominant advantages in anti- corrosion field.
(3)Anti-aging: More than 20 years effective service life under normal outdoor working condition.
(4)Safty: Flame-retardance. Oxygen index more than 32. Good performance of electric insulation. 10KV no voltage breakdown.No electro-magnetic behavior. No electric spark,Effective anti-slipping.
