Carbon fiber continuous long fiber weftless fabric is combined with carbon fiber short fiber to form unwoven fabric, and laminated layers are laid alternately. The high density carbon/carbon composite is formed by the CVD processing which can be widely used as high performance fiber composite materials with different specifications based on customer’s requirement.

Main technical indexes of irregular carbon fiber  fabric:

Interlayer density: 2-20 layers/cm;

Content of long carbon fiber volume: 45-90%;

Density of preform volume: 0.10-0.56g/cm³ ;
