The 3D high performance needling felt preform is made of carbon fiber continuous long fiber combined with short fiber to form unwoven fabric. The laminated layers are laid alternately. The high density carbon/carbon composite is formed by the CVD processing which can be widely used as high performance fiber composite materials with different specifications based on customer’s requirement.

Main technical indexes of 3D CFRP needling felt fabric:

Maximum size: 650(L)×650(W)×450(H)mm

Interlayer density: 2-20 layers/cm

Content of long carbon fiber volume: 45-90%

Density of preform volume: 0.40-0.50g/cm³
