Choclate conching machinery

 

This machine is used to produce multicolor decorating chocolate, stereo spherical & half stereo filled big chocolate, three-color decorating big chocolate, almond chocolate, biscuit chocolate, crispy mixing chocolate, multi-color chocolate with stick etc. 

It uses servo driven depositor moulding system and has axis gang controlling depositor (can move horizontally & vertically), automatic opening & closing of stereo mould, automatic haptor demoulding, elevating type cooling tunnel etc.
