Introduction

Aerated concrete brick is light and porous building material.it is obtained after levigating,

dosing,pouring,cutting,steam curing,and milling etc ,with sand,flyash,cement,lime,gypsum,

aluminum powder as material,it has good shock resistance and fire resistance,widely used for high-rise building and low building.

1.Weight:Aerated concrete is 620-650kg/m³  2000-2100kg/mould

3.Slurry casting cycle: 8 minutes    

4.green body cutting cycle: 6 minutes

5.Curing temperature and time: 38-42°C  2.0-2.5hours  the strength of green body is 0.2- 0.3MPa 

6.Steam curing temperature and time: come in and out autoclave about 0.5hour, steam curing cycle time about is 7 hours/1.6Mpa, total 7.5 hours.

Advantage

1.Superior shock resistance

The density of aerated concrete is usually 400-700kg/m³,same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 of common concrete bricks,It's one of the lightest weight blocks ,could reduce 40% of the weight of the building.for light weight and superior performace,little inertia force coming when shaking,so the building with shock resistance.

2.Insulation performance is good

The heat conductivity of the aerated concrete blocks is 0.09—0.17w/(mk),adiabatic ability is 3-4 times than clay brick,4-8 times than common concrete bricks.

3.superior fire resistance

The compressive strength of aerated concrete keep rising when temperature rise to 700°Cthe compressive strength can increase 50% when around 700°C.Fire resistance reach country-level standard.
