1.energy-saving rotary kiln brief introduction
Rotary kiln is refer to rotate calcination kiln ,belongs to construction material equipment .Rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln ,metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different marerials .Cement kiln is used for making of Cement Clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement .Metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore .chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcination .Which is used for calcining of high aluminum vanadine ore in refractory material industry for calcining of calotte and aluminum hyd roxide in aluminum manufacturer for calcining of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant .Lime kiln are used for calcine dolomite and active lime which is used in steel plant and ferroalloy factory .
2.rotary lime kiln working principle
The rotary kiln barrel is made of rolled steel plates with firebricks mounted in the inner side of the barrel .At an angle of 3.5% with the horizontal line ,it is supported by three belting leathers on three supporting devices ,with a big ring gear fixed in barrel body .The turn of the barrel is made through motor-speed reducer-pinion as well as the teeth joining of gearwheel and pinion .
Materials enter the end of the rotary kiln (the high part of the barrel ).Because of the slant of the barrel and the slow turn ,the materials turn around a circle on one hand and move toward the lower end on the other hand ,being burnt into clinker by preheat decomposition,burning ,cooling and other process engineering ,let out through the lower end of the barrel and go into the cooling machine
The fuel is sprayed into the kiln by the spray coal device of the kiln head .The exhaust gas after burn is blowed out by air-exhausting machine of the kiln end and go into the atmosphere through the chimney after heat exchange with materials .
