Application areas and key functions
Multi-stage lime hydrator is widely used in environmental desulfurization, semi-dry desulfurization, lime finishing, fine chemical , Iron works and other industries. Through our three-stage dry power hydrator, burnt lime will be hydrated into a fluffy powder because the hierarchical & reasonable water distribution and multi-channel process of this hydrator. The moisture of hydrated lime powder less than 1%.
Principles and performance
Our advantages and principles of three-stage dry power hydrator as below:
1. It will control the reaction time and fully hydrate the CaO by only 15-20 minutes.
2. Hydrator has good heat-insulating property.
The unique design makes a lot of heat generated in the reaction of CaO to be converted inside and reused. It will raise the inner temperature to 60 degrees by only 3-5 minutes and make the CaO to be fully hydrated.
3. Feeding process control: Sending the needed materials into the first-stage reaction cabin through the screw feeder.
Advantages: There are lots of hot steam and dust when CaO contact with water. This feeding way will provent them flowing back the screw feeding counter, so that will not affect the accuracy of sensor.
4. Three-stage hydrate reaction with water distributionThe hierarchical & scientific distribution of water can make the CaO to be fully pre-hydrated. Afer contacting with reasonable water in the first stage reaction cabin, then enter into the second one. This process is the best reaction time of CaO. When entering into the third one, hydrated CaO is semi-dry state. The whole three stages finally make the CaO completely become the fluffy powder. And the entire reaction process needs about 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove dust to keep clean and healthy
This device, according to environmental requirements, equipped with our patent dust remove device, will solve the problem of the steam and dust pollution produced during hydrating ,so that ensure the clean of the environment and the health of workers.

According to client’s requirements, our hydrating machine can mating follow up equipments such as lime pulp machine, dregs extractor, filter and so on, in order to produce high purity hydrated lime emulsion with different Ca(OH)2 content.
