Both of the top and bottom of the lying bar and joint levers are tightly connected by monolithic hold card on both sides. The thickness of the hold card material is 4mm. The connection hold card is fastened by screws, the whole parts is processed by hot-dip galvanizing after forming, the thickness of surface galvanized layer ≥80 micrometer.

After a mass of observation and research on the natural habits and getting up-down gestures of the cows, the most suitable lying bars for cows are designed by us. This lying bar uses four folding molding process, after installed, on the 4.2meters head to head bed of little breeding cow, the distance between lying bar and the edge of lying bed is 15-30CM, the space between neck rod and lying bed is 120-150CM, thus to provide the comfortable, sufficient and natural inner environment to the cows. The main materials: Outer diameter 60mm*3.0mm hot-dip galvanized steel pipe; the thickness of surface galvanized layer for the steel pipe≥40 micrometer.
