1, Do you accept privite order less than your MOQ ?
--- NO, we don't, we have MOQ of 10pcs/item
2,Do you accept sample order for 1 or 2 piece? do you charge ? how long will you need ?
--- Yes, we accept sample order.
---Yes, we charge, but we will refund you extra sample cost when you place big order.
--- For indivisual items like chair, table,or sofa, it will take about 1 week. For hotel sample room, it will take 2-3 weeks after final details confirming.
3, How do I know you won't replace my order with inferior raw material after I pay ?
--- Our workshop is open to public any time, you can inspect anytime durning your order order procedure.
Sampling inspection is accepted by client or any other thrid inspection parties before balance payment or shipment.
---a, We have QC who is responsible for all coming raw material, he will check it with quality, color, safety processing for example like fire resistant or water proof etc. he have right to reject any batch of raw material in disqualification.
b, We have 3 QC who are responsible for workshop section to inspect each craftmanship procedure, they have at least 3 years experience in this quality control system.
5,What should I do if I don't know what material will suit my project.
---First of all, you have to tell us what type of project you are working with, and do you have special requirement of material.
like fire resistant material, anti-dirt material or water-proof material etc, then we will recommend you swatches or samples for your reference. we can also send the samples, so you can see it in real.
6, Why the PU leather is a little bit different from what I saw ?
---Usually, when client place order we will send exact swatch for your confirming, but aberration may happen due to different computer display screen , if client have very strict requirement on color, we will advise to send you real sample by post.
7, It bothers me why you can't tell me the precise date of delivery in sales confirmation.
---98% projucts are made in panel or wood or both, only 50% of the procussure are operated by machine, there will be many inter-process with anthropogenic factor involved like moulding, tenon testing etc. And also some client may change drawings, or colors durning our production, it will delay lead time as well.
