To remove it ,you pinch the base to release the seal ,take it out ,
empty it ,rinse and reinsert.
2.Can you feel it ?
No ,Once it’s in right ,you can’t feel it at all .
3.So what’s the long bit for ?
That’s the stem to help reach the base of the cup for removal .You can
trim it to the length that’s right for you .
4.And what about the public toilets ?
You can just take a small bottle of water into the toilet with you to rinse
it,or just wipe it with some tissue.It’s worth remembering that you won’t
need to empty it as often,as you would change tampons or pads ,because
the cup hold more .You can give it a more thorough clean when you get home .
5.How do you clean it ?
Like when using tampons,it’s important to wash your hands before inserting
or removing your cup .During your period ,you can just clean it with water
or nonperfumed soap.Some women choose to clean it more thoroughly
