Sequence of ordering
1. Experienced Internation sales in Genex Digital Co., Ltd will assist clients find the large format printer they need.
2. Provide PI including printers, spare parts, inks etc. Collect clients' consignee info, documents needed.
3. Receive deposit, prepare large format printers.
4. Sale and engineer will exam large format printer, take pictures, videos for client.
5. Rest payment be made, send large format printer to sea port and send to clients.
6. Before large sublimation printer be recieved, engineers may assist clients to prepare the training.
7. After sublimation printer received, we are available to assist client as long as we are online. 24 hours Youtube serive is provided.
