Ø Application
1.The machine is used to draft the fiber web with ratio after the cross lapper. The distributed structure of the fiber will be changed and the output speed
of the fiber web will be faster.
2.The drafting machine can be applied for polyester, viscose, nylon, pp, glass fiber, etc. The finalproducts include filter material, geotextile cloth,leather base fabric, punched felt, blanket, car interiors, wiped cloth, decorative cloth, garment lining cloth, medicinal and health material, etc.
3. There are different kinds of the drafting machine with the different structure such as 3 rollers, 5 rollers or 7 rollers. Choose the kind as per the production requirement.
Ø Features
1. servo-drafter.
2. The drafting drive is the separated variable speed motor group. The drafting ratio can be adjusted indecently. It is with nimble control,
easy operation and convenient maintenance.
3. The roller has the functions of lifting and gap adjustment.
4. The input and output belt are the antistatic leather ones. The surface is the mat pattern. The machine is with high strength low stretch,
light and soft, high speed, low noise, no cotton, good antistatic function and transmission surface and partial structure prevention.

01 warranty
The warranty period shall be valid for 12 months after completion of the commissioning. During the warranty period, if any defect and fault is discovered, SAIL grants a prompt action to solve the problem.
02 Installation & maintenance
SAIL will send one or two engineers to the Buyer’s factory to help the Buyer to do the installation and commissioning of the line at the request of the Buyer. The Buyer should provide the allowance , round-trip air tickets, accommodation, workers and translator. The installation and commissioning will take around 1 month.
