Ø Changshu new type waste fiber fabric line
Waste spinning mat is suitable for automotive interior materials, air conditioning insulation materials and hot and cold insulation materials.
Waste spinning mat is made from regenerated fiber of thermoplastic resin without formaldehyde or thermosetting resin with low formaldehyde and through heat polymerization into the all curing thermoplastic felt or half curing thermosetting felt.
Waste spinning felt with the green environmental protection is the new materials adapting to the future development. It does not contain harmful substances or irritating smell. It is with the qualities of good flame retardant. high elasticity, high sound absorption, sound insulation, heat insulation and shock absorption.

01 warranty
The warranty period shall be valid for 12 months after completion of the commissioning. During the warranty period, if any defect and fault is discovered, SAIL grants a prompt action to solve the problem.
02 Installation & maintenance
SAIL will send one or two engineers to the Buyer’s factory to help the Buyer to do the installation and commissioning of the line at the request of the Buyer. The Buyer should provide the allowance , round-trip air tickets, accommodation, workers and translator. The installation and commissioning will take around 1 month.
