Specifications
1. Original DX5 print head from Japan which can be best used in our inkjet printer machine NEO, A-Starjet 5.0 / 5 / 5L.
2. DX5 has 1440 nozzles with resolution up to 1440dpi, the size of the ink droplet is between 1.5-21pl.
3. The height of the print head is between 2mm-3mm.
DX5 Print Head Type:
DX5 has three kinds: one is unlocked type which is getting less in the market.The second is 1st locked head which has decrypted by some printer suppliers. The third kind is 2nd locked head which is the lastest one, and there is no factory to decrypt it, so customers should pay more attention when you buy head.
Print Head Life:
Normally, it is one - two years. But it should depend on the user. some make good care of the head which can let the head use longer, but some do not maintain the head properly, so the head maybe out of use soon. So based on this, what we can do is to ask our engineer to guide you to make good maintenance in our printer in the daily use, by this way, we can let the printer in good condition.
