Indicate this batch ink were made by exact same raw material under same procedure. There allows us to test each batch ink, find out potential problem before we send inks to client.

After client receive the ink, the quailty has problem. We’ll replace all problem ink.
According our 8 years(2008-2015)experience, sometimes ink may clog head because
- The ink’s quality isn’t good, ink partical too large
- Different ink has different fluency and thickness, temparature will influnce
- Ink has been put too much time, become deposit
- And another reason is because of “Variable Ink Drop”. It requires high quality Japanese Ink.
Counter-measures can be taken to prevent trouble.
