Ø High performance Sail non woven machine oven for mattress production line
The machine group is mainly applied for spray bonded cotton, non-glue cotton and soft silk-like cotton on coating, drying and finalizing
The machine group produces the products widely used in garments, bedding articles ,furnishings, etc.
1. The machine adopts positive and negative glue spraying on the front and back (according to the production technology.
2. The oven has three drying working areas and six layers of air ducts with up for blowing and down for suction.Hot air is
through the convection. The thermal efficiency is high to improve the product quality effectively.
3.The produced products is with good tension, good resilience, environmental protection, pine quality, softness,
comfortableness andwarmness. Washing is not easy deformation. The softness and hardness can be chosen at random.
It is the most widely used.

01 warranty
The warranty period shall be valid for 12 months after completion of the commissioning. During the warranty period, if any defect and fault is discovered, SAIL grants a prompt action to solve the problem.
02 Installation & maintenance
SAIL will send one or two engineers to the Buyer’s factory to help the Buyer to do the installation and commissioning of the line at the request of the Buyer. The Buyer should provide the allowance , round-trip air tickets, accommodation, workers and translator. The installation and commissioning will take around 1 month.
