| 1. Backgroud of A-Starjet L Series Wide Format Printer |
Wide format printer market were dominated by Seiko, Konica printhead, especial on 3.2M, 5M width. Micro
print heads were used on desk top printer and even we made the first eco-solvent printer in China, it is only
used on 1.8M printer. It is time to make a breakthough. Our 13 years (1998-2010) R&D ability enables us do
whatever we need. We made the first 3.2M wide format printer on 2010 when nobody else even imaged or
even though it is necessary. The print head was used on A4, A3 only!
And it turns out 3.2M printer is our best seller even now. Innovation is a thing we never stop.

3. Receive deposit, prepare large format printers.
4. Sale and engineer will exam large format printer several times, take pictures, videos for client.
5. Rest payment be made, send large format printer to sea port and send to clients.
6. Before large format printer be recieved, engineers may assist clients to prepare the training.
7. After large format printer received, we are available to assist client as long as we are online. 24 hours Youtube serive is provided.
