CCH support ODM service of furniture accessories for the users. The furniture accessories consist of felt pads, EVA pads and nail-on felt pads, PVC screw covers, silicone bumpers, PTFE easy slides and non-slip pads. On the other hand, we offer OEM service of household items for Furniture accessories distributors and trade companies. The household items consist of the entire felt protectors, adhesive hooks, none-free hooks, suction hooks and nail-on hooks. Blister card, color box, poly bag with head card and other customized packaging are available.

1. What is your minimum order quantity? 
CCH:Normally, there is no limit for the minimum order quantity. But MOQ can be a little different given different products.

2. Can you make my own designed products?                    

CCH: Absolutely, we can make the products according to your requirements given your detailed drafts or samples. Size, color, shape, logo, packing, etc.are of no problems to us.

3. Can I get a sample before I place my order? 
CCH: Yes, we can send sample to you as requested. But you have to pay for the delivery fees. As for certain products which we do not have extra in stock, we may charge you of sample fees but we promise to refund you once your order is placed. 

4. How I can know my item price?                                     

CCH: Just email or call us about your interested item Model No in our website or send us your interested item link with your order quantity. So that we can offer you our factory manufacturing prices. If you have your own interested designs, feel free to let us know with your detailed requirements, our professional and award-won customer service team will respond you at once.

5. How long is your delivery days? 
CCH: Normally, we can make your delivery within one week. But it depends on your order quantity and your products requirements.

6. How to send my order?                                                                                                       

CCH:Usually, we send orders via express delivery (Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT.,etc), air delivery, sea shipment. We can send orders according to your requirements.

 7. What is your payment method?                                     

CCH: T/T, West Union are our common payment methods. We can also accept L/C payment. 30% deposit in advance and rest order payment should be cleared before the order delivery.
