H13
Alloy tool steel is basised on carbonize steel to add alloy element. Carbonize steel includes : H13 is the model steel for hard working .It is according to GB/T1299—2000 stardard.It digital amount is A20502; trademark 4Cr5MoSiV1;(1) chemical composition %: C0.32~0.45,  Si0.80~1.20,  Mn0.20~0.50,  Cr4.75~5.50,  Mo1.10~1.75,  V0.80~1.20,p≤0.030 , s≤0.030;
 
(2) hot process : (deliver situation :bushi hardness HBW10/3000 (≤235), air hardening :temperature 790 degree + 15 degree warm-up ,1000 degree (salt bath) or 1010 degree (the oven contralled atmosphere )+-6 degree to add heating , heat preservation 5-15min air cooling ,550 degree +6 degree temper ; annealing,heating process.
(3)features and functions:it is recommend by the model for  air quenching hard working from American H13. It’s feature and function is same as  4Cr5MoSiV,but it have higher vanadium,so the function in the middle temperature (600 degree ) is better than the steel of 4Cr5MoSiV. It uses widely in the model steel for hard working.
