Wanlida active electric harmonic filter
Wanlida 690V Active power filter has no need of 400V/690V transformer, our 690V Active power filter adopted traction level IGBT module which can be connected with 690V harmonic source directly.
1. Topology structure
- The main topology structure is three-phase H-bridge star connection, modularized power components are easy to maintenance and replace.
- Power modules adopt force air cooling, fans are made in Germany.
- The control system adopts Spartan3adsp FPGA of Xilinx.

3. Key components and technical features
3.1 Traction level IGBT module
- Adopt international high-quality IGBT module.
- The fourth generation IGBT technology.
- Switching loss and conduction loss reduced dramatically.
- Temperature period and power period enhanced dramatically, the lifetime prolongs.
- Redundancy design of module ensures APF reliable and safety.
3.2 Power Unit
- It is the core circuits of APF, used for power conversion.
- Modularized design, all power units have same structure and electrical performances, they can be interchangeable.
4. Fully digital control system
- Adopting Spartan3adsp FPGA chip of Xilinx.
- Calculate harmonic and reactive power in real time, and then realize dynamic track and compensation.
- The control system adopts modularized design.
