Our devices are semi-finished product, which requests further development resorting to our SDK on basis of its hardware.
Normally the Buyer shall have technical development capability and technical support capability. Of course we will provide
online help/support if required.
We provide free SDK ,DEMO and the application development guide and development environment introduction,
meanwhile,we will provide technical support in your development process.
(You are also welcome to commission this development job to us,we will charge it according to the development period)
After - Sales Service:
1. One-year warranty:
If with nonhuman factors quality problems in two years, Corewise assures you the repair, maintenance or replacement for free.
If with damages caused by users, you need to purchase the accessories for the repair, maintenance or replacement.
If you pay 8% more per piece, with the warranty of one-year more.
2. After the order, Corewise provides you 2% of the accessories in extra, you can select the type and quantity according to the requirements.
3. Corewise and the client undertake respectively 50% of the freight, you are in charge of the one back to China, and we, of the one delivered to you.
4. Corewise ensures to provide the same product during the continuous three years, with the same accessories. But the mainboard or the chip might be changed due to the upgrade process.
