FAQ (oil leaking, Loud noise,Stuck ,Shaking)

oil leaking

1)     oil leaking from oil seal ( Reason: Use with cheap quality oil seal)

2)     ( damage in strut , oil seal leaking oil due to friction)

3)        Welding spot leaking oil ( Reason :problem of manufacture craftsmanship , production equipment)

Loud noise

1)     Outside factor

     a. spring seat and spring not match . The space between upper and lower end of spring is to

big.

b. the top bearing bush damages.   c. loose of upper/lower arm ,ball joint, drag link, and stabilizer link.

d. Deform of damage car

2)     problem of shock absorber itself

1. Cheap quality grease ( lubricant oil ), emulsify during the high speed running .

1. the space between strut and oil seal is small

1. the deform of strut and friction with powder metallurgy.

Re: in shock absorber , the bypass valve and the bypass oil appers noise, and clear when

Ear close to it ,this situation is ordinary and normal .
