Name:PU Foam Sole Casting
1.Purpose:
Transparent polyurethane foam plastic is durable, light, comfortable, flexible, anti-sliding, cold tolerance, acidproof, alkalipproof, oil-resistance and insulative. So that, it is widely used in making leather shoes, leisure shoes, sports shoes and military shoes. The abrasion resistance is five times than that of ordinary plastic sole. In future, it will be widely used in variety of shoes.

1.Could produce both combined molding shoes and soles; low investment but high productivity; flexible varieties.
2. High rate of quality products to save material and detergent; lower cost.
3. Be easy to operate and convenient to maintain; assure of long-term stable production.
4. High precision measuring pump with accurate result; be durable.
5.Special designed mixture machine head with excellent performance of mixing,
isochronous spraying, never be jammed.
6.Own different temperature control system for different sole material.
7.Have computer control system to automatically choose the time of discharging and cleaning.
8. There is vacuum degassing system to assure the quality of products.
