Automatic Liquid Packing Machine
Full automatic weighing+filling+bagging+sealing+cutting+counting+ date printing.
Application:
Sticky or non-sticky liquid such as juice,honey, shampoo, milk, medicine liquid, vinegar, water, tomato sauce, tomato ketchup, oil... etc. Liquid products that is hot is ok for our machine.

Why our machine better than other similar machines?
1. Control system: The operation facility is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC, all functions are displayed on English digital screen.
2. Raw material: All stainless steel cover meets to international GMP standard.
3. Dosing system: Piston pump.
4. Photocell controller (photoelectric probe) is easy to fix location, step motor to pull the packing film.
5. Adjustment: Automatic adjustment of pouch size and filling range, no need to change any machine parts.
6. Intelligent temperature controller is used in sealing and the error of sealing temperature is at plus or minus 2 degrees.
7. Outstanding sealing system: Air cylinder and high-powered heat sealing structure ensure sealing of the bag firm, neat and with good airtightness.
8. OEM is acceptable and the machine that has special bag-size or requirements can be designed and produced specially.
9. Ribbon code printer, elevator, conveyor are as an option.
