Why our machine better than other similar machines?
1. The operation facility is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC controller, all the functions are displayed with digital screen.
2. Step motor is applied to pull the packing film, the error is less than 1 mm.
3. The photocell tracking is easy to fix position.
4. The intelligent temperature controller to make sure the tolerance of sealing temperature by ± 2 °C.
5. Advanced sealing system design makes the bag sealing more firmly, good airtightness.
6. Special screw design make the filling more convenient without appeared blocking/jaming phenomenon.
7. Humanized and hidden knife design are adopted by the cutting system with the machine to make sure the safety of the operators and make the using life of the cutter longer.
