 FLUOROCARBON PAINT

TYPE

A two-pack topcoat based on fluoropolymer as resin along with non-yellowing polyisocyanate hardener.

USES

Used as a topcoat on large steel structure, large aluminum molding architectural materials, bridges , FRP.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. It is one of the most up-to-date synthetic coating with super-

    excellent weather resistance, excellent physical and chemical

    properties and corrosion resistance

2. Durability is far much longer than many others general paints.

3. Good gloss finish and smooth appearance.

4. Tough film, excellent adhesion and resistance to abrasion.

APPLICATION METHOD

Brush and Airless spray.

STORAGE SHELF LIFE

Minimum 1 year under normal storage conditions.

MIXING RATIO

Base:Hardener = 5:1 (by volume)

POT LIFE (25℃)

6 hrs.(Mixture)

NOTE

1. Mix base and hardener according to mixing ratio and

    stir it thoroughly.

2. Adhered moisture, grease, dirt, rust and corrosive

    salts on substrate must be cleaned thoroughly.

3. Specified thinner should be used to prevent bubble

    and pinhole.

4. Canister of hardener should be sealed after used

    to prevent cure from contacting moisture in the air

    and turn it into gelatin.

5. Mixture of base and cure has to use up within pot life.

6. Paint application must follow specified film thickness

    to prevent bubble from occurring.

7. All the equipment must be cleaned thoroughly

    after used.
