Product Description

(SOLVENT-LESS) MADE IN TAIWAN GARAGE 3D EPOXY FLOOR COATING SCREEDING PAINT

(SOLVENTLESS) EPOXY FLOOR COATING
TYPE	A two-pack finish coating based on special solvent-less epoxy resin and hardener with chemicals resistance pigments.
USES	Anti-corrosive paint for chemical plants, power plants, steel factories.
CHARACTERISTICS	1. Tough and hard coat film with very good adhesion. 2. Brush one coat can obtain above 200 microns. 3. Excellent water and oil resistance 4. Excellent chemical resistance and anti corrosion. 5. Excellent mechanical wear resistance and electric insulation.

GLOSS	Above 85%
DENSITY	Above 1.35 Kg/L (mixture)
VISCOSITY	90 ~ 110 KU (25 ℃)
DRYING TIME	Set-to-touch 6 hrs. Dry hard 18 hrs. Full Dry 7 days (25 ℃).
OPTIMUM FILM THICKNESS	Wet 375 microns Dry 350 microns
MIXING RATIO	Base : Hardener = 15 : 4(by weight)
POT LIFE	30 minutes ( 25 ℃)
NON-VOLATILE CONTENT	Above 95% (mixture)
THINNER	Epoxy Thinner(cleaning tools only)
THINNER RATE	0
APPLICATION METHOD	Trowel and brush.
STORAGE SHELF LIFE	Minimum 1 year under normal storage conditions.
NOTE	1. Mix base and hardener according to mixing ratio and stir thoroughly then use completely in five minutes. 2. Adhered moisture, grease, dirt, rusts and corrosive salts on substrate must be cleaned thoroughly. 3. Avoid applying the paint in rainy weather or humidity above 85% RH, particularly a wet surface must be thoroughly dried. 4. All equipments must be cleaned immediately after use. 5. When directly apply on the surface of cement products, the surface must be completely dried. 6. When overcoating interval is exceeded, the paint film must be roughened to insure adhesion.
