Q1. How to buy our products?

Please send us the product picture, quantity, size and other requirement to kevinli@ecolorpack. cn. You’ll get answer within 18 hours (Except Sunday ).

Q2. Do we accept custom?

We are manufacturer. So the size, material, printing, color, logo can be custom. Do you have similar product picture and clear logo, that would be very helpful.

Q3. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?

In general, wooden box MOQ is 500pcs. Plastic box MOQ is 1000pcs. Paper box and cardboard box MOQ is 3000pcs.

Q4. Sample issue:

A. Sample time: 7-10 days 
B. Sample charge: The price is different, please send email to me. 
C. If sample charge can be refunded? If you make an order and the order reach US$8000, the sample charge can be refunded.
