1.Question: If quantity of our order is very small, like 100-300 pieces per style per color.
could you accept it?
Answer:yes,we can do it, but price will be raised from 15% to 30% accordingly due to increased cost
2.Question: How to order samples from you? how can i pay the samples?
Answer: As new clients, you should pay cost of the samples ( 2 x FOB price) for the first time
But can be refund back after you placed the Bulk order to us
As regular customer, you can get our free samples
we can accept your payment for sample to go through Bank Transfer, Westunion, Paypal
3.Question:How long to get the samples ? and Mass Production?
Answer: usually for samples, it needs 7-12 days to finish
for Production, it will take 25-35days
4.what's the quality of your products? and advantage?
Answer: all of our Products are made with echo-friendly material which can
pass any third- party testing insitution like ITS, SGS, BV, etc
and our factory had been passed BSCI audit
we have been in this area for many years, so our prices are very competitive
5.Do you attend any fairs so that we can have a meeting face to face?
Answer: we do not attend fairs every year, but our office is in Hangzhou ,
if you happen to have time in China, we will welcome you to visit us
but if your time is limited, we can have a online meeting with you
through skype or whatever other way which you think is convenient for you?
