This automatic filling piston filler is mainly used for different viscosity liquid and variety of shape containers. It is common used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, oil and other industries. The main machine is composed of piston filler, inside hopper for material storage. It can be connected with a capping machine, labeling machine, date/ batch coding machine and in-line working table to perform a complete production line.
1.The filling machine adopts servo ball-screw system to drive the piston cylinder, which can fill high viscosity material, such as Oil, Sauce, Ketchup, Honey, Lubricant oil, butter, body lotion, shampoo, etc;
2.According to production request, the machine inside hopper can equips Heating & Agitating device, help to melt & stir evenly the different materials. The max heating temperature is 40 °C.
3.If filling material is a foamy liquid or the container opening is very small, diving function could be added to sure no overflowing and stable filling.
4.Machine automatic self-clean function is optional. Use the pneumatic diaphragm pumps draw the clean solvent
5.The PLC programmable system as applied, and use color touch screen to form the control center, automatically adjust the filling speed. The control center language can be setted to English, Latin, Polish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.
6.The stainless steel, non-poisonous & anti-corrosive PTEF hose are applicable for excellent durability and sanitation compliance. Its frame is made of 304 stainless steel and the 316 quality stainless steel used for parts exposed to filling material. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standards, is easy to dismantle, clean and maintain. Machine is equipped with safely protection, environmental, sanitary, and is adapted to various of working places.
