Overview

3650 series sensored/sensorless motors designed from the ground up with the best quality components available to provide an excellent value for you, manufactured restrictly in line with ROAR and IFMAR standards. We utilize high quality aluminum alloys that are CNC machined and anodized for a fit and finish. Our motor features with high torque and speed, high efficiency and low heat consumption with aluminum and finned case to create a better cooling effect. In order to prolong the durability of the motor,  we use high temperature wind wire and NdFeB magnets rated to 180 degrees C so it can take the heat and keep on performing while you pushing the throttle too hard. Moreover 0.35mm thickness silicon steel plate we use to keep the Eddy current loss low and increase the efficiency. Balancing the rotor with very accurate equipment to build up a smooth and quiet motor at very speed.

1. Machined aluminum top and bottom case and housing , designed with cooling holes at the top case that pumps air through the motor while is is running.

2. 0.35mm thickness silicon steel sheet used for the stator creates low Eddy current loss.

3. High temperature 180C rated winding wire is used to make the motor run at high temperature possible and reduce the risk of burning your motor. Also with low resistance makes a high efficiency motor.

4. Rotor is installed with specially designed NdFeB magnets with high temperature rating for trouble-free operation.

5. Stainless steel shaft and processed with special hot treatment

6. High quality shielded ball bearings are used to support the motor shaft in all our motors to reduce the friction and noise.

7. Using the advanced and accurate Hall sensor is able to sensor the pole position accurately and rapidly.
