The Description of Mineral Water Filling Machine:
Mineral Water Filling Machine is the beverage machinery that is widely used all over the world. It is made from superior SUS304 and its key parts have been machined by CNC tool. Mineral Water Filling Machine combines the functions of washing, filling and capping in one body, automatic in the whole process. In addition, the total machine uses advanced photoelectric detection technology to detect each part's operation status.
The Characteristic of Mineral Water Filling Machine:
Mineral Water Filling Machine delivers no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, a high degree of automatization and simple man-machine operation display screen. Adopting the air feeding device, with clamp hanging the bottle neck, the feed speed is very quick and the bottle will not be deformed. Adopting advanced bottleneck technology to wash bottle mouth, it avoids the contact with the thread nipple, which is more sanitary. Using bottleneck technology in bottle conveying, there is no need to adjust the height, but only to change the shield related with the bottle diameter. Using a new type high-speed flow filling valve and cylinder-feed structure, the capping is correct and reliable. French advanced technology is used in capping. Cap sorter is installed in a lower position, sending cap in a level position. PLC and transducer all uses well-known brands, such as Japan's Mitsubishi, Omron.
