1. Tank Material
Stainless steel material
2. The mixing tank has three layers as below
(1). Inner pot material: 316L with high grade of antirust stainless steel. Thickness is 3mm.
Mirror Polishing: Precision of polishing is Ra0.8um
(2). Middel pot: polyurethane foam for keeping warm.
(3). Outer pot: 304 stainless steel. Thickness is 1.5mm.
3. Heat insulating material:
We use perlite for heat insulating instead of polyurethane foam. You know polyurethane foam is used to keep temperatre of cold stroage. So it is not good at warm keeping at high temperature more than 130 celsius degree. In the high temperature more than 130 celcius degree, polyurethane foam will become shrinkabel. But perlite material is good at warm keeping and heat inulating. In the condition of temperature rising, it has an excellent working performance on warm keeping. The Max. temperature can be 2000 celsius degree. And under the high temperature, it will not shrink.
4. Information on oil:
The oil actually called conducting oil, or heat transfer oil. This oil is designed and specialized for heat transfering. Heat transfer oil is a heat transfer medium. It has the advantages of uniform heating, accurate adjustable temperature. This oil can support high temperature with good heat transfer efficacy. It has the characteristic of energy conservation, convenient transportation and operation.
