 1: Can I get a SAMPLE or a COLOR CHART?

A: For Hotfix item Yes, please let us know your full address and exactly phone number,we could send you our quality samples and color chart. but shipment charge need pay by you. For some other items that need spend much material and open mold, we need take sample charge. sample at least include three set color cards which has stone on it.

2: Why we charge sample fee ?
A: We do not have stock as we are always custom goods for customers.To make samples, we have to restock new material, especially for customers design .so we will buy large quantity material in stock. Usually, we will return the charge after receiving formal order. 
 

3: How long is your delivery time?
A: It's depends on each item. shortest delivery is 3 or 4days, we can do 5000000pcs  every month. for the popular color rhinestone ,we always have safe stock in our warehouse .
 

4: What is your Minimum order quantity?
A: Hotfix material minimum order quantity is 1pack each size each color.
