This filling specially produce 3-5gallons barreled drinking water,Production capacity from 100 to 1200barrels per hour,It intergrates bottle washer,filler and sealer into one unit,In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid.washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically.This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottled to ensure caps are aspetic and heathly.Also this line can automatically feeding,washing .sterilizing filling caping counting and products discharging.It is new kind of barreled water auto-production line,which is intergrates mechanism,electricity and pneumatics technology together.
