This 5 gallon water filling machine production line is for filling mineral water,distilled water and purified water into barreled / bucket / jar. The barrel water drink filling machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic barreled water production equipment combined with machine,electronic and pneumatic components.
The one unit main machine includes the washer,dryer,filler and capper for the production of 3-5 gallon barreled drinking water.The washing process include alkal liquid inside and outside washing by dirty remover,insidea and outside washing by disinfevting water,inside and outside washing by pure water,the alkal and disinfecting water can be used cyclically.The whole washing,filling and sealing process is controlled by PC,and has the safe device for interlock,signal and self-detection.
The whole unit is made of the stainless steel,meets the demands of food hygiene,with the feature of reasonable structure,easy in operation,exact axtion,it is the ideal equipment for the barreled water.
It integrates bottle washer,filler and sealer into one unit.In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injedtions of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically.This line equips with water spraying devices to sterilize caps of bottle to ensure caps are aseptic and healthy,also this line can automatically feeding,washing,filling,capping,counting and products discharging.It is a new kind of barreled water auto-production line,which integrates mechanism,electricity and pneumatics technologies together.
