FAQ
1) Sample Policy
Samples are available in our company, we know only after sample order; our cooperation can go a further step. But we normally do not send free samples. What we can guarantee is that we can refund the samples cost accordingly from the formal orders. And we send samples by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS; shipping with customers' own account is acceptable.
2) Main Market
We are selling more to EU and North America because the markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate is up to 80-90%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets for other American Asian regions.
3) Main LEDs for our LED products
For high power LED luminaries we mainly use Bridgelux LEDs, Cree, we also use SHARP COB LEDs, Epistar chip SMD5050.
4) Lead time
Usually we ship orders in 2 weeks. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. It also takes time if the product is not standard.
5) Warranty Service
We have 1,2,3 years warranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by BGW engineers, we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with the transportation charged being paid by us.
6) OEM&ODM
BGW has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We also want to apply the experience to LED luminaries as we have good design and engineering team. Because we have our own CNC processing machines we can quickly work out prototype for LED fixtures, especially for LED bulbs and spots. We will strictly follow the principal that we won't disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
