Light yet strong, aluminum windows and doors can be configured into a wide variety of combinations. The narrowness of the frame places the focus on the glass and subsequently, the view it offers. Multi-panel door systems are often made with aluminum frames to facilitate indoor/outdoor living. Aluminum frames are available in anodized or baked-on finishes for long lasting color. Sealed, mechanically joined corners stay square and true over years of use.
Aluminum is not recommended in beach homes for while the material is water resistant, it can suffer corrosion from salt water and salt air. The corrosion affects hardware operation and frame performance.
Compared with vinyl, fiberglass and wood frames, aluminum conducts heat and cold the least well. Thermally Improved Aluminum windows and doors are equipped with thermal breaks to separate the interior and exterior surfaces and improve energy efficiency.
In order to provide a professional service and accurate product to our customer, we usually offer the following process to finalize any order for aluminium extrusion profile:
1. Production possibility confirmation: Detailed drawing or sample as well the dimension requirement of the specific aluminium extrusion profile are expected to be provided to our engineer department for the confirmation of the production possibility or any difficulty in design or surface treatment.
2. New drawings will be provided to customers for confirmation with detailed information in about 3-7 days, subject to the quantity of dies
3. Color sample should be confirmed by both seller and buyer to avoid any misunderstanding before placing any real orders
4. Samples of this specific aluminium extrusion profile will be ready as soon as the die charge is paid(which will be returned in the future),in about 15-20 days.
5. After the sample is confirmed, massive production could be started
1. Which kind of surface treatment can you do?
Any surface treatment you required can be did in our factory, including anodizing, eletrophresis, powder coating, wooden grain, etc.
2. Can you produce aluminum profiles by drawing?
Yes, we can. Huayueda has professional designer and engineers to discuss customers' drawing and make solution for every possible customers.
3. Do you supply OEM or ODM service?
Yes, we do. Huayueda has annual capacity for about 100,000.00MT with 20 sets extrusion production lines. We have three owned brand ourselves, and can supply OEM and ODM service for cusomter if need.
4. Which certificate do you have for this products?
We have passed ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, and CE and any certificate can be made within two weeks to one month. Our quality is good, and it just need time to start these certificate work.
5. Which color can you make for the aluminum profiles?
Color for aluminum profiles is customerised for you, you can tell us the international color No. or give us sample, we will make the right one for you.
6. What is the delivery time if I make order?
The delivery time is about 10-20 days if the mould already had, but it will take 15 to 30 days if the mould is new by your new drawing.
